About Me
Who Am I?
I'm not a big fan of writing about myself, which is of course why I now have a blog and a business that pretty much entirely consists of writing about myself!
So here's me:
I'm a pretty chilled out person, which is reflected in my classes. As a mum I love the kinds of classes where although there's a format it's flexible and laid back, so if I'm running late or my mind is mush from no sleep I can still follow along.
Becoming a parent opened up this whole world of people with similar experiences, both good and bad. It also really drove home how much I missed having family close by. Instead I've tried to find, and then create, spaces where you can meet other parents and people that you can connect with and build your network of support.
I've been incredibly lucky to find my people through these kinds of places, such as Silverwood Adventures at Meanwood Valley Farm, and Parents of Small Biz, a collective of small business owners and the self employed in Leeds.
I want Rattle & Hum Music to be a really fun and unique class for the kids, but also a safe and comfortable space for you too.
